Cleveland sellers are blinking. 24 active listings cut their asking price, totaling $862,208 shaved off original asks.
The largest percentage cut: 9483 County Road 347, now $164,900 after a 40.0% reduction from $275,000. The biggest dollar cut went to 11 Seth Blvd. $115,000 off the original ask.
Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks. Geographically, Santa Fe leads. 6 of the 24 cuts came from there.
