Houston sellers are blinking. 24 active listings cut their asking price, totaling $2,205,521 shaved off original asks.
The largest percentage cut: 25635 Hufsmith Cemetery, now $1,359,033 after a 36.8% reduction from $2,149,900.
1 of the 24 were originally over $1M. the high end is where pricing pressure is concentrated right now. Geographically, The Grand Prairie leads. 4 of the 24 cuts came from there.
For buyers, these are leverage points. sellers who have already adjusted once are more likely to adjust again at the negotiating table.
