The largest percentage cut: 25018 Coronado, now $180,000 after a 40.0% reduction from $300,000. The biggest dollar cut went to 22105 Zapata. $174,100 off the original ask.
Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks. Geographically, Denver Resurvey leads. 3 of the 24 cuts came from there.
